Registration for 2023/2024 Season

To Start  Register with the Club

For New Members

  If you are new to the club:

  1. Please follow the Register with Club  process to provide some information about yourself. As part of this process you will be required to sign  several online release waivers prior  to joining us for any swim. You are now registered with the club and a login password will be emailed to you.
  2. You are now have the option of trying a swim or two on us.
  3. If you choose to become a member:
    •  e-transfer $15 to etransfer@pickeringmsc.ca  and you will be registered with Master Swimming Ontario (MSO) for the 23/24 season.
    •  Choose swim session times by signing in using the log in tab on the upper right of the menu bar and the password which was emailed to you.
  4. Alternately you can choose to pay as you go as outlined in the notes below.

For Returning Members

If you have been a member in the past:

  1. Sign in using Log In tab on the upper right of the menu bar using your password. Don’t remember your password, simply follow the “lost your password?” process on login page using your email address.
  2. Click Register with Club for the 23/24 season. The registration will then be populated with your information. You should update any out of date information and sign release waiver forms.
  3. e-transfer $15 to etransfer@pickeringmsc.ca  and you will be registered with Master Swimming Ontario (MSO) for the 23/24 season.
  4. Choose swim session times from Swim Sessions as per below and e-transfer the indicated fee to etransfer@pickeringmsc.ca . If you do not receive a confirmation email upon signing up within 4 hours, please let us know at membership@pickeringmsc.ca. It is important that you confirm your registration to complete this part of the process.

Please check your membership confirmation email to confirm. The MSO cost for the 2023/2024 season remains at $15.00.

You will be then able to enroll in swim programs for the 2023/24 season listed below.

 Notes

(1) although joining MSO is a requirement to provide the club Insurance, MSO also provides some benefits independent of swimming with PickeringMSC. These include things such as Megameter Tracker and information on masters swimming and supporting Master swimming in Ontario.  

(2) For payment, in order to facilitate contact less interactions, the club will only be accepting e-transfer as a method of payment to etransfer@pickeringmsc.ca.

(3) If you are not ready to join yet but would like to be added to our email list please send note to membership@pickeringmsc.ca and we will add you to our email list. Please check your email and Website(https://pickeringmsc.ca/) regularly for updates.

(4) Drop in Availability – If space exists on given night, you can contact membership@pickeringmsc.ca for availability of any extra spots. If a spot exists and you are registered with the club and are a MSO member, you may pay a $12 drop in fee to swim to etransfer@pickeringmsc.ca  If you are not registered with the club, Simply register and also send us your MSO number. Not a MSO member, send $15 to etransfer@pickeringmsc.ca and we will register you. You are only allowed to drop in a maximum of 2 times per month.
