Details:
From 401 go south on Morningside Ave, then east(left) at the first lights onto Pan Am Dr, park in either in the North lot which is first right off Pan Am Dr or east lot by continuing around to east side of building.
Obtain ticket which can be validated on way out. The first 2 hours are free. Enter through north main entrance and proceed straight down hall to desk on right or from the east lot, enter building and straight down the hall to front desk.
If you have PMS Pan Am pass, use to proceed though turn styles, otherwise check for name on PMSC roster at desk to gain entrance. If your name is not there, just tell them are with the club. You will subsequently be issued a pass through the PMSC registration process.
From there go through the turn Stiles and go down the stairs and turn right towards elevators. bear right to the men/women’s main change rooms and after you change, proceed through showers to competition pool.
